The Northern State Medical University it is situated in Arkhangelsk and was founded in the year 1932. The history of the Northern State Medical University starts more than 75 years ago.In 1994 the name was altered to Medical Academy, until in year 2000 it was reorganized as university. The University has up-to-date equipments such as computers, films and video aids, and other modern appliances. Presently, there are around 5500 students studying in North State Medical University. Russian degrees have gained global recognition, and topped UNESCO and WHO ratings.
